Rick House - Owner
I was fortunate, early in my career, to find a job I love. I feel I have not worked a day in my life since I founded RMN some 30 years ago. It is additionally gratifying to have surrounded myself with an enthusiastic and highly competent team of mortgage professionals who are committed to the customers we serve, and who share my vision to provide home financing.
I originally founded Residential Mortgage Network, Inc. to provide competitive, efficient government financing through VA, Rural Development and FHA lending. I am proud to say we accomplished that and have kept these loan programs, as well as conventional lending, strong in the State of Iowa. We make the process even more efficient since we are approved to underwrite all government loan products. We can close an FHA, VA or RD loan in 2 weeks. Clearly a win, win, win for all!
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jill, as well as our 3 grown children and their families, which include a total of 13 grandchildren.
Jessica Greving - Loan Officer
Cell Phone: 319-330-1502
Jessica has been a mortgage loan officer since 1999, after graduating from the University of Iowa. She has been a member of the IMA President's Club for outstanding production since its inception. She holds her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), an especially proud accomplishment with less than 10 in the State of Iowa.
Jessica prides herself on being honest, responsive and helpful both during and after closing to develop lifelong relationships and referrals. She believes strongly in reviewing all loan programs for borrowers including Conventional, Rural Development (USDA), VA and FHA. She is passionate about fixed rate loan options for borrowers and feels too many borrowers are forced into ARM loans by other lenders.
Jessica resides in Iowa City with her husband, Eric, and their four daughters, Samantha, Allison, Isabel and Ruby. Her girls stay active at City High, Regina and Lemme Elementary and they participate in basketball, cross country, theatre and gymnastics. She loves to exercise and spend free time at Holiday Lake with her family.

April first joined RMN in 2011 in Project Management and Regulatory Compliance. She became a licensed Loan Officer in 2013. Prior to working at RMN, she worked in areas of finance, production planning and operations management.
April is patient and willing to take the time to walk first time home buyers or repeat buyers through the entire process. Having moved several times herself, she is familiar with the stress and excitement that goes along with a home search and loan approval. April appreciates RMN's boutique, family owned local business that truly prides itself on offering the best fixed rate options to home buyers. Whether you are a buyer with no money down or 20% down, you are worthy of great attention and competitive products. She is well versed in the advantages of Conventional, Rural Development (USDA), VA and FHA lending options.
April lives in Iowa City with her husband, Daniel, and their two children, Laird and Nadia. She does extensive volunteer work with the Alzheimer's association. They all enjoy biking, running, cooking and Green Bay Packers football!
Kelly graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and worked at the University for 2 years before starting at RMN in 2017.
Kelly handles payment processing, income and balance sheet items and reporting. She also helps answer the phone and is the face people usually see first when coming into the office. She has enjoyed learning about the mortgage process and helping customers.
Kelly resides in North Liberty with her husband, Tyler, and two fur babies (cats) Bella & Jade. They both enjoy biking, hiking, vacationing and watching college football - particularity the Iowa Hawkeye games!
Nick first joined RMN in January 2016 as a part time employee while also being enrolled at The University of Iowa. He then graduated in May of 2016 with a degree in finance and has worked full time as a Mortgage Production Analyst since then.
Nick enjoys the small, fast paced office environment of RMN. He also likes piecing together files to make sure your loan gets approved and closes on time.
Nick lives in Iowa City and enjoys running, exercising, playing basketball, and watching sports, especially the Iowa Hawkeyes!
Kaylyn joined the RMN team in September 2018 as a Mortgage Lending Assistant. She came to us after managing a local appraisal firm for two years and was ready to experience a new side to the mortgage lending profession.
Kaylyn handles a variety of different tasks from loan processing to answering the phones and greeting people who come into the office. She has enjoyed constantly learning new information about the mortgage lending process and the team atmosphere at RMN.
Kaylyn was born and raised in West Branch but has planted her small-town roots in North Liberty. When she is not at work she can be found curled up on her couch binge watching a new show on Netflix, exploring new (and old) eateries in the area and spending time with her family and friends.
Andrew Gordon has worked at RMN since June 2013 after graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Finance. Andrew grew up in Silicon Valley, California. He enjoys the process of helping homeowners get their loans approved and closed.
Andrew lives in Iowa City and enjoys playing golf, attending University of Iowa basketball games, and Dallas Cowboys football.
Sue has been with Residential Mortgage for approximately 19 years. She worked for the company in the early 1990’s then returned in 2002. Most of her career with RMN has been as a Post-Closing Specialist. When Sue started with the company she was 1 of 4 employees that operated out of the Cedar Rapids office. Since the flood of 2008 she has been part of the Coralville office.
Sue’s main goal is to have everything right the first time and she strives to see that it happens. Her job mainly consists of working behind the scenes of the post-closing transfer and completion, which is an active and busy part of the loan process. Sue does not look at her position with the company as a job but rather a family she has watched grow over the years. Sue’s granddaughter just completed the loan process in buying her 1st home through Jessica.
Outside of work Sue enjoys bowling, golf and playing cards with friends. She has 2 daughters, Jennifer and Christy and 2 stepchildren, Ann and Rob along with 9 grandchildren. She says the countdown is on with 1 down and 8 to go with purchasing their first home through Residential Mortgage.
